Lynn, here are some research images for FLAP. Please let me know what you like and what you don't. For things you don't like, if you have an alternate idea, I'd love to hear it!

Gail

I'm going here for conservative mom who pays little to no attention to what is currently fashionable. The pink of the shirt *should* make bloodstains invisible, but it's cheap enough that I can buy more than one. We'll have to talk about whether there's a way to sneak the shirts offstage at any point during the first act--the faster they get into soapy water, the better.

Naomi

The wild child. I definitely think she should have a tattoo. This first pic is just general research for the kind of gal she could be--I do like the tattoo, though.

This next one is more the look I'm going for, but the shirt should be purple. I'm not sure what sort of logo, but there are plenty of fun choices out there, including vintage hard-rock tees. Any thoughts on that? I'll definitely paint in sweat stains in the pits (and/or it could actually be damp in places--that might help clean the blood off of Gail's face), and if it's purple, the blood shouldn't stain it enough to show up.

(the bandanna definitely not pink!)

Bill

Tell me what you think of these variations.

Golf shirt or t-shirt? Dorky white socks or slightly cooler sandals? Baseball cap?

Sam

Here's a rather nondescript Sam:

If you want a little more flavor, how about

or

(probably not tucked in, though)

Let me know what you think. Thanks!
